Coaches have a responsibility to share and help each other grow. I have been fortunate to have had several mentors who have guided and inspired me through out my journey. Among them is Bill Wadley, previous Head Coach of The Ohio State swim team. Bill always made time for me, and encouraged me to reach out to top coaches to learn from them and to keep growing as a coach. Although Bill has passed away, his influence continues to shape my work and perspective.
“Find coaches you respect and learn from them.”
Coach Kim is currently enrolled at the University of Missouri’s Graduate program- M.S. Educational Psychology with an emphasis on Leadership and Positive Coaching. The most important muscle to train is the one between the ears!
